Refund and Cancellation
Return
Inform us within 48 Hours: After receiving your product, you must email us at support@sakhiyee.com within 48 hours, including the name, image of the product and the reason for the return.
Approval & Pickup: Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 48 hours after confirmation. We request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so will lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges.
If Pickup Fails: In some exceptional cases where we're unable to pick up the product due to unavoidable delivery issues (such as remote locations, restricted areas, or logistical challenges) we will inform you about the failed pickup attempt. You will need to ship the product back to us within 3-5 days from the time we notify you. The shipping charges for returning the product in such cases will be reimbursed by us. Please ensure the product is returned in its original, intact packaging to qualify for a refund. Keep the shipping receipt as proof until your refund is processed.

Damaged Product Received:
All our products go through a Quality Check and are packed with utmost care to ensure it reaches our customers in the most delightful condition. But in some rare cases, the product may not reach you in the condition you expected it to be. In such cases, below is what you need to do:
1) Inform us within 48 Hours: Write an email within 48 hours of receiving the package to us at support@sakhiyee.com including the name, image of the product and the issue. Our team will respond to your mail within 48 hours.
2) Reverse Pickup : Once your return is approved and our team verifies that your order is eligible for a return and replacement, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your product at no extra cost, and the same will be attempted within 48 hours after confirmation. We will request you to keep the products ready for pickup, failure to do so will lead to cancellation of pickup and you will have to ship the product back to us by bearing the shipping charges.
3) Resolution: Once the reverse pickup is successful, we will dispatch a replacement package for your damaged product depending upon the availability of the same or shall issue you a full refund. No refund will be provided in any replacement or damage cases. We will be happy to provide you a replacement or issue a refund.
Refund Policy
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Sakhiyee's quality check.
- Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 2-5 working days after we receive the product.
- Exchanges: If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your orders before dispatching. After the product has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed. Nevertheless, returns are accepted for all products.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
Sakhiyee ships its products to almost all parts of India. Delivery typically takes 4-7 days, depending on the location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which we are not liable and would request our users to cooperate as -we continuously try to nought such instances. Also, Sakhiyee reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
